Senior Account Manager is responsible for building and establishing long-term account relationships with new and existing clients.  This strategic role requires effective collaboration and communication within our company; including the executive team, product management, support, marketing, services, and sales.  It also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in all departments within assigned prospect accounts including executive level, business, and I.T.  We deliver superior solutions and exceptional customer service.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Work cohesively internally to bring about new relationships with new customers and/or building enhanced relationships with existing clients

·       Serve as a prospect conduit between our delivery, development and sales organizations

·       Create and maintain detailed accounts plans that help us drive interest in our software, hardware and consulting offerings to prospects/clients

·       Become an advocate for key client concerns to ensure appropriate level of customer focus is maintained

·       Develop systems integration and professional services opportunities within new and existing accounts

·       Establish and maintain a high level of positive and effective contact with key customers to enhance opportunities for references, case studies, and new sales opportunities

·       Develop a strategic roadmap which aligns prospect/client needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices and our company’s offerings

·       Maintain constant awareness of markets, competitor activities, and challenges within assigned targeted prospects, recognize trends that develop, and make appropriate recommendations

·       Maintain accurate prospect records and related databases

·       Enable our executives to understand the key business imperatives and initiatives of key prospects/clients

·       Help our sales force plan and prepare for sales presentations

·       Collaborate with prospects/clients enabling them to experience greater business value from our company.


PREFERRED CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:

·       A Hunter mindset

·       Demonstrable record of Sales achievement with Tier1/Tier2 organisations

·       Previous successful prospect/client management in the Logistics (Warehousing), retail, wholesale segment, especially with top tier clients in the grocery, convenience, fuel, drug store, discount, and specialty verticals.

·       Previous experience with software and services organizations that sell WMS / ERP / Merchandising or Inventory Supply Chain Applications would be an advantage..

·       Highly motivated and tenacious in migrating through targeted prospects/clients, as well as escalating issues.

·       Adept at communicating with all levels in the prospect’s/client’s organization, as well as all groups internally including: Sales Development, Professional/Consulting Services, Product Management,

·       Must be a true professional with strong ethical behavior

·       Experience at creating and presenting Value Propositions

·       Experienced at developing and executing Strategic Account Plans

·       Some experience of indirect business

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·       Fluent verbal and written English and Polish is a must

·       Another language (Russian, Serbian, Ukrainian) will be a plus

·       Educated to degree level and / or 5+ years related business development experience in Enterprise, Merchandising and/or Supply Chain solutions

·       Must be able to focus on business development and long-term strategic relationships

·       Knowledge of systems including ERP, Merchandising and Supply Chain a plus

·       National and International Travel (Expect on average 2 nights a week)

·       Must be successful at working alone and in a team environment

·       Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
