Corporate Development & Transaction Services Specialist – prepares the financial models and analysis for complex outsourcing and consulting arrangements. Supports the creation of the pricing approach and the client value proposition. Uses accounting principles to prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards. Additional responsibilities include:

+ Prepare and present financial statements supporting new client opportunities

+ Leveraging client cost data to develop cost baselines and client business cases in support of sales efforts

+ Identifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity

+ Assessing and applying various pricing methodologies to meet company and client objectives

+ Ensuring revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant and Accenture Policies are reflected accurately within the financial models

+ Responsible for acquiring and maintaining all documentation supporting the financial statements on all new opportunities

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

+ Minimum of 3 years at a large corporation as a "hands on" financial analyst with strong financial skills

+ Fluent in English to have constant conversations with native speakers

Bonus Points if you:

+ Have knowledge in applying US GAAP

+ Hold a CPA/MBA

+ Are a PC user and know the Microsoft Office Suite

+ Have proficiency in Excel, financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.) and budgeting

+ Can work on more than one project at a time

+ Like to work both independently and as part of a team

+ Feel comfortable talking with senior managers

+ Have a strong attention to detail

+ Can work creatively and analytically to solve problems

+ Easily share your ideas in person and in writing

+ Give others the information and assistance they need with a positive 'can-do' customer service attitude

+ Have led a team – at school or at work
