As a member of our Company’s Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Production support / sustainment team (Working in Application management services model)- you will be responsible for the 24/7 support of Global user community. Our Company’s single Global SAP instance currently supports multiple Mfg./ distribution / Contract manufacturing sites around the world. You are also responsible for leading business enhancements, assessing demand/ resource capacity and manage key stakeholders across the Globe. 

This position supports SAP – Material Handling areas. This support areas will cover but not be limited to Inventory Management, warehouse Management, Inter Company tolling, Master data, Integration points with Production execution, QM and Plant maintenance. Automation, Process Innovation, and enhancements will be major focus areas.

The incumbent must have hands on SAP configuration experience coupled with Business & technical knowledge in Supply Chain Management areas. Areas of expertise should include- SAP MM, WM, PE, QM Modules and Batch Management. Exposure to ATTP Serialization and BI data modeling/reports will be highly desirable. Should be an established and acceptable member to the end user community with deep dive Business Process skills in a highly validated / regulated environment. S/4 HANA knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Active role as a team member while handling internal stake holders globally across multiple geographic locations covering NA, EU, Asia- Pac and Latina America regions.

  • Application managed services process governance: work in managed service model and lead team of external resources while ensuring a 24x7 support to Global user community.

  • Demand & Capacity management: Collaborate with various groups of internal stake holders and identify demand and manage capacity of workload -while handling business process enhancements.

  • Managing expectations of business user community in a highly FDA regulated environment.

  • Live market support for global SAP sites including managing Help Desk tickets, break fixes and minor enhancements.

  • Incidence management & resolution of issues – “manage thru outsourced vendors / AMS Model.

  • People coordination & stake holder management- Vendor resources, end user community.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computers Science, Life Sciences.​

Required Experience and Skills: 

  • SAP experience must be highly focused, possessing  expertise in   w/in the assigned area – SAP  IM, WM, Master data and/or QM Modules.

  • A minimum of two full Life Cycle Implementations with emphasis as Subject Matter Expert in SAP- IM, WM, Master data, and/or QM areas.

  • Knowledge in PE and PM desirable.

  • A minimum of 5-6 years SAP experience across the Supply Chain process including experience with the following SAP modules: SAP Materials management, Inventory management, warehouse management ,Master data configuration/design including Storage unit and handling unit management.

  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain Integration through middleware with other systems like MES, MMES, WMS systems.

  • Experience with ECM Workflow management.

  • Superior communication skills and the ability to interact directly with business users.

  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives and prioritize work.

  • Experience with Automation and Digital initiatives.
