Sr. Director, Customer Marketing, Richardson, TX

Be part of a team where you will lead Marketing Communications (Marcom) globally for the overall Honeywell Advanced Sensing Technologies (AST) Business. You will interface with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, sales and channel partners, marketing and legal and be responsible for managing all external vendor relationships to deliver programs. You will lead the transformation of Marcom practices along with the objectives of improving service and quality; reducing costs; and migrating toward more contemporary practices such as digital, presence and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Work cross functionally across different functions to execute an AST marketing strategy aligned to core verticals
Participate & contribute to the development of AST strategy (Including branding and strategic planning activities such as corporate identity initiatives in collaboration with corporate partners).
Develop and implement a wholistic digital marketing strategy that leverages Joule and other e-com tool to enhance AST digital presence and drive conversion rate optimization by enhancing customer interaction and reducing friction in customer interaction.
Support & drive the operation and maintenance of AST website, email marketing program and provide analytical insight (SEO & SEM etc.).
Develop and implement marketing plans, including campaign programs, new product introductions commercialization (chapter plans), partner’s marketing initiatives other marketing projects.
Lead & Drive demand-gen activities for run rate business & New Product Introductions that drive results.
Support AST SIOP process – Drive strong demand generation and marketing forecasting processes.
Lead and manage the AST pricing team, pricing initiative and conduct/lead customer, partner eco-system and market research initiatives (i.e., pricing research).
Work with new business development team and sales teams on product portfolio marketing initiatives.
Develop, secure, and manage marketing budgets & spend reporting.
Manage marketing agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
Build a world class customer & product marketing organization and supervise a global marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines.
Support and work with Sales Customer experience & GMs team on all product communications.
Lead Marcom transformation: launch campaign concepts and oversee content development.
Engage with industry marketing, channel marketing, product marketing and local agencies.
Work with creative services, digital marketing, and PR & Social COE.


Bachelor’s degree required


MBA desired
Min 5 years executing social media strategies in Marcom
Min 10 years’ experience w/managing Marcom in B2B environment
Extensive leadership experience including people management.
Healthcare marketing experience including digital marketing
Both corporate and agency leadership experience a plus.
Excellent business writing and editing skills
Excellent organizational and project planning skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive/execute successful Comms/PR
