Join a highly skilled team of Quality Assurance inspectors to provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers through onsite inspection services in the Central Hudson and Capital geographic service regions.  Strong focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer service is necessary. Candidate must be able to provide timely investigation and identification of deficiencies found on completed projects from our client’s trade ally network. Candidate will be required to interact with customers in their homes and hear their concerns. Candidate should be willing and able to support the knowledge-sharing, growth mindset, and supportive atmosphere of this team.  

Ideal candidate is a self-starter with little need for oversight or direction beyond initial training and shadowing.  Should have strong time management skills, interpersonal communication skills, strong computer skills, and experience in the New York State residential energy efficiency industry and its related programs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with client’s customers in a professional and respectful manner  
• Inspect completed energy efficiency projects for accuracy and safety
• Timely and accurate reporting of all findings from within client database
• Adherence to all program and Honeywell safety policies
• Attendance of weekly team conference calls


• US Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years Experience in Energy Efficiency


• Building Performance Institute (BPI) certifications
• Previous industry experience in NY programs
• Previous technical/installation experience
• Previous customer service experience
