About the Role

You will be a part of Operational Applications team in Enterprise Contact Center technologies (ECT) of Community Banking Technology.


  • Resource who is aware of Contact center Platform Engineering work and experience on Contact center products like IVR , Genesys CTI , and Agent enabled applications. Can lead the automation/SRE (Site reliability Engineering) initiatives using Ansible/Python in the contact Center world.
  • Should have knowledge & experience on Java or .Net Genesys PSDK/API Development.
  • Should have experience/Knowledge to identify the remediation's required on contact center routing applications.
  • Should have good knowledge on CTI Environment Incident & Problem Management.
  • Creates run books, platform support playbooks and BCP documentation as required. Troubleshoots platform related issues that may arise. Performs weekly on-call duty on a rotational

Essential Qualification

• Must be a college graduate with B.A. /B.S. College Degree preferred major in Computer Science and/or MIS (Management Information Systems)/Engineering graduate.
• Resource who is aware of Contact center day to day production work and understand the call flows in IVR and Genesys world

• Strong Engineering and Software development knowledge, Hands on experience on automating manual efforts in contact center domain.
• The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on engineering experience with the contact center application suite of products primarily in a Linux environment
• Demonstrated technical competency and proficient in English language.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting Skills in Production Environment.
• Resource who is aware of products like Genesys CTI , IVR , Aspect Dialer and Agent applications in contact center world

• Strong Engineering and Software development knowledge, Hands on experience on automating manual efforts in contact center domain
