Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies knowledge of aerospace components, systems, and related test equipment, facilities, processes and methods including: Analyze engineering designs to define testing requirements; Prepare test plans, schedules and documentation.

  • Design, develop and safely operate test facilities and instrumentation systems.

  • Conduct component, sub-system, system and system-of-systems tests.

  • Prepare analyze, and report test results to verify and validate design and performance to meet government, regulatory, customer and program compliance requirements.

  • Conduct aerospace research and preliminary design; develop and transition test technology.

  • Perform metrology services (calibration, certification & maintenance) on all related instruments and equipment.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Basic Qualifications:

  • The ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Typical Education and Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard


This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
