The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Experienced Procurement Agents (level 3) to join the BCA Supplier Operations and Performance team for our Everett, Washington site. 

The selected individual will provide knowledge including, but not limited to, oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Primary duties include managing internal and external relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions, consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues, leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities, participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier, and will manage the statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. Some travel may be required for this position.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the Everett Washington location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
  • Support negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions as required.
  • Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
  • Consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
  • Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
  • Participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):  

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans.
  • 3+ years of experience with managing projects.
  • 3+  years of experience working in Procurement and/or Supply Chain roles.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
