Requisition Number: S_210781 Department: School of Biological Sciences-1076 Description of Work: Serves as assistant to the Director of the School of Biological Sciences including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence and reports. Maintains faculty records including the collation of the annual cumulative faculty reports. Works with Director to develop promotional materials to raise the visibility of the School locally, nationally, and internationally. Coordinates searches for faculty and staff positions. Assists with promotion and tenure including maintaining tenure timelines, preparing letters, assisting in file preparation and setting up meetings. Maintains faculty lists and reports working with Director and Vice Director of the School. Assists with the preparation of the Academic Program Reviews and Strategic Planning Reports. Coordinates the school seminar series each semester. Supervises and assigns duties for the Academic Team staff members and develops office policies and procedures.
