We are looking for Sr Financial Analyst located in Morris Plains, NJ to coordinate all weekly, monthly & annual reporting & planning deliverables for Advanced Materials (AM)
Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance, its business segments and with HON Performance Materials & Technology (PMT) Division.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive forecast planning process for AM’s global Integrated Supply Chain while working with the global ISC finance team and coordinating with AM & PMT Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) Leads
  • Prepare/Consolidate and analyze Risks & Opportunities from AM Business Segments ISC Finance leads
  • Prepare, analyze and lead process to track ISC’s KPIs for Month End reporting to senior leadership
  • Lead or join teams to complete specific projects enabling improved business results and processes (product cost improvement projects, Fixed Cost productivity ideation, annual planning reporting consolidation, reporting simplification areas, etc)


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance 


  • Previous experience in Operations/ISC finance and/or considerable FP&A experience in manufacturing company
  • Six-Sigma - Greenbelt certification or equivalent process improvement background
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the business and influence with data. Work with large data sets, simplify, up-level and prepare for senior leadership consumption
  • Able to effectively communicate complex financial analysis information to non-financial people
  • Strong work ethic - ability to manage multiple, critical projects simultaneously and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in information technology financial applications particularly Hyperion, SAP and Excel
  • Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business
  • Knowledge of US GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal controls
