Purpose of the role

The Contract Manager (CM) will ensure the delivery of high-quality professional TFM services in line with contractual requirements, building an effective partnership with IQVIA, supporting their strategy and bespoke requirements. The CM will provide effective leadership, management and development of the Contract, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded. The CM will provide thought-leadership, culture and governance to the contract, leading the team by example, setting and aligning CBRE visions and objectives to complement IQVIA. The CM will ensure customer service excellence is delivered on the ground at all times, with operational teams delivering a seamless service. The CM will be the single point of contact for the senior client(s) across the Reading and London offices, supporting the wider service across UK&I.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible and full accountability for all TFM services (Hard and Soft Services), including operational service delivery, financial management (P&L), people management, compliance and risk management

Delivery of contractual commitments and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to IQVIA

Delivery of internal monthly reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders

Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across al IQVIA locations, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence, supporting peaks and troughs in workload, and disaster recovery

Evaluate applicable proposals and required changes to services identifying financial, personnel and operational performance implication and improvements

Responsible for contract strategic alignment and development, exploiting and securing all opportunities to deliver increased turnover and profitability

Ensure succession planning arrangements are in place

Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract, with a key focus on the CBRE RISE values, QHSE, statutory legislation, Health & Wellbeing and DE&I

Engages executive involvement as needed to leverage the broader CBRE Business to introduce new scope & business pricing, as part of delivering an integrated set of services

Direct management and engagement of preferred/approved supply chain

Directs the contract leadership team, managing the contract relationship, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to grow the relationship with IQVIA, influencing business outcomes

Manages wide client relationships at senior level acting as an extension of the IQVIA executive management team

Sets and supports the overall strategic vision and delivers best in class operational service to help enhance the workplace experience

Delivering complex projects and ensuring successful delivery

Risk management - identify risk and adopt appropriate mitigation measures

Compliance management - ensuring all activities comply with current statutory legislation

Creates alignments between IQVIA and service delivery

Set and execute agreed joint CBRE/IQVIA objectives

Provides leadership and management to the operational teams across all client locations

Creates culture and community that's fosters innovation and service excellence

Person Specification

[Essential] - Proven experience as an operational and serviced focus leader, in a similar role

[Desirable] - minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role

[Essential] - A proven track record in delivering 5* Services within a multi-site corporate office environment

[Essential] - Ability administer the contract and possess solid understanding of contract commercials

[Essential] - Be innovative & have proven capabilities to develop & grow contracts / portfolio

[Essential] - Experience required in delivering & managing full TFM services

[Essential] - Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation

Reporting to CBRE Area General Manager

Accountability to the CBRE functional heads, as appropriate

Close liaison and working relationship with IQVIA Key Stakeholders for H&S, Risk, Cost and Service performance

Line management responsibility for the contract team and indirectly for relevant sub-contractors
