ManTech is seeking a infrastructure lead that will provide leadership in delivering a Digital Engineering Environment as a Service to internal ManTech Customers. As part of ManTech’s Intelligent Systems Engineering (ISE) digital transformation, the corporation will provision systems engineering tools to users to execute direct work for Customers and capability development tasks.
In this position, you will work closely with the VP of ISE, Digital Engineering Environment Lead, and other ManTech IT professionals to architect and deploy a Digital Engineering Environment for use by ManTech team Members, Customers, and other partners. We will be leveraging COTS, GOTS, and internal scripts as necessary to build up tools to support multiple digital threads and ManTech’s Intelligent Systems Engineering processes, methods, and tools.
A successful candidate will bring a record of architecting, deploying, integrating, and maintaining on-prem and cloud environments to COTS and GOTS digital engineering tools. 

Job Summary:

⦁ Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements Cloud operating systems components, software tools and utilities.
⦁ Determines systems Cloud software design requirements.
⦁ Ensures that Cloud system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
⦁ Generates Cloud systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures, and is recognized as an expert within the company.
⦁ Anticipates internal and or external business challenges, vendor and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements. 
⦁ Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business Progression to this level is restricted on the basis of business requirements.
⦁ Is a company subject matter expert in their particular discipline.
⦁ Anticipates business, vendor and/or regulatory changes; recommends product, process, or service improvements. 
⦁ Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution.

⦁ Requires Bachelor’s Degree and 9 or more years of relevant experience.

Preferred Expertise:

  • AWS Certified Solution Architect
  • Experience with DEVSECOPS
  • Experience building and deploying containers for COTS and GOTS;
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
  • Experience managing, monitoring, and securing cloud environments

The projected compensation range for this position is $115,500-$192,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
