Must be able to lead EACO calls and collaborate with various employees and group within Wells Fargo Technology to quickly and accurately identify an issue, create a solution, test the plan, release the solution, and keep key stakeholders updated on your progress.

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Systems and liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Knowledge, understanding, and ability to develop and  execute the test-plan methodology
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement large scale deployments of settings, configurations, and security policies
  • Must have experience working with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, to troubleshoot, deconstruct, and perform root cause analysis of production issues
  • Must understand managed print, File Print functionality, and proven ability to work with technicians, print vendors, and internal customers to resolve production issues quickly and accurately 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of systems analysis experience, systems programming experience or combination of both

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of design methodology, Infrastructure operations support or engineering
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodology
  • Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Associate in Python Programming (PCAP)
  • Must be available to work all US time zones (Pacific Time, Mountain Time, Central Time, and Eastern Time) to develop, test, and troubleshoot emerging print technology solutions with print vendors and manufacturers 
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with all levels of the organization, perform troubleshooting with customers, recognize customer concerns, deescalate customer issues, and follow through on resolution 
  • 5+ years of print administration using the following tools: Ricoh SLNX, HP Web JetAdmin, Pharos Blueprint admin, HP Security Manager
  • 2+ years of cybersecurity and vulnerability management using vulnerability remediation software, i.e., Qualys, NMAP, White Hat tools, CVE  
  • 1+ years of basic Python scripting and familiarity with general computer programming concepts like conditional execution, loops, Python programming language syntax, semantics, and the runtime environment, as well as with general coding techniques and object-oriented programming 
  • 1+ years of PowerShell scripting to develop scripts, automate printer queries, and report when the printer management tools cannot provide the desired information about the printer 
  • 2+ years network administration to perform F5 load balancing, LDAP, DNS, NTP, SNMPv3, IPv6, and Kerberos to support Active Directory authentication to troubleshoot the application layer on printers, MFPs, and servers
  • 2+ years of experience with Syslog management, particularly Splunk
  • At least one industry certification or equivalent: CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cloud+
  • 2+ years supporting cloud applications

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
