**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking to hire a Quality Control Analyst to work in our Grand Prairie, TX facility\. This exciting position will work within our Electrical fabrication shops where the candidate will have the opportunity to plan and evaluate our processes related to product fabrication\. Responsibilities include:

Ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to very complex\.

Attend and or lead corrective action meeting, identifies trends, assists in problem resolution and insures responsible parties meet commitments\.

Process Quality Notification on defective hardware as needed\.

Quality Assurance Team meetings and various production sites with reviews of quality data on yields, rework, scrap and non\-conformance aging\.

Performs assessments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications,

engineering drawings, procedures and ISO\-9001 / AS9100\.

Interfaces with customers, suppliers and program personnel on quality related issues\.

Utilizes lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement\.

**This position will include travel, as needed, to support operations\.**

**This position requires the ability to work days, nights or weekend shifts to meet production schedule as needed\.**

**A level 2 employee typically has 2 \- 3 years of professional experience\.**


**Basic Qualifications:**

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Requires working knowledge and experience with fabrication processes related to Printed Wiring Boards, Circuit Card Assemblies and/or Wire Harnesses\.

SAP and APRISO experience

Working knowledge and hands on experience with software packages such as Confluence, Tableau, Jira, and BOX

Working familiarity with IPC\-A\-610, J\-STD\-001, and MIL\-STD\-130 specifications

Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc\.

Ability to travel as needed to support operations

Ability to work days, nights or weekend shifts to meet production schedule as needed

**Desired Skills:**

Ability to organize and track multiple activities and prioritize task based on importance

Ability to review, interpret and apply specifications to determine compliance with requirements\.

Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Effective communication skills: written, oral, listening, presentation, and technical writing

Experience with Root Cause Analysis tools

Understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and processes\.
