As a **Project Engineer** , you will gain valuable cross\-lifecycle experience on the THAAD Development Leadership Team\! You will support the Development Program Manager on contract execution and integration across all THAAD components\. You will provide support on both international and domestic contracts by providing support on contract documents, material, CDRLs, GFX, Subcontractors, and monthly EVM results\.

Other key responsibilities:

• Work with the engineering and program management teams to evaluate impacts, develop recommended solutions, and outline mitigation plans on all aspects of contract execution

• Support the Development Leadership team on EVM results as we transition to execution

• Monitor CDRL, GFX and material results

• Supervise Subcontractor details to include contract value, period of performance, statement of work, and execution deliverables

• Track contract documents from inception to closure

**This position is in Rocket City USA, one of the greatest places to work: Huntsville, AL**

**The successful candidate typically has 2\-4 years of professional experience and a bachelor's degree\.**

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related subject area, or equivalent

• Experience communicating and presenting details effectively with groups and individuals

• **Ability to acquire/maintain a DoD Secret clearance, therefore, U\.S\. Citizenship is required\.**

**Desired Skills:**

• Experience with Microsoft Office products to include Project

• Previous Project Management experience

• Active Secret Clearance
