The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), 737MAX Development Program is currently seeking two Senior Staff Analysts to ensure our company’s success on the BCA-critical new 737 MAX airplane programs and join the leadership team in Renton, WA.

One position will report to the Program Manager for 737 MAX Commercial Derivatives and additionally support the 737 MAX Development Chief Project Engineer (CPE). The other position will report to the 737 MAX Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) Development Chief Engineer and will additionally support the 737 MAX Systems Development Chief Engineer.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This is not a union represented position.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Manage short term projects and analysis.

  • Lead the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.

  • Partner with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations.

  • Provide continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.

  • Analyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).

  • Provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develop, coordinate and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Develop executive level briefings.

  • Lead the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Research and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations.

  • Monitor and track execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

  • Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements.

Work Authorization:

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience leading business unit or site level projects working across management levels and executive.

  • 1+ years of experience preparing presentations/communications for customers.

  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.

  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.

Typical Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
