This position reports to the Mine Maintenance Superintendent.

This position is located in (Vanscoy, Saskachewan, Canada) and is not available for remote work.

What you will do:
  • Responsible for developing weekly Maintenance activity schedules
  • Support the Maintenance Supervisors in the development of their daily Maintenance activity schedules
  • Work closely with Operations and Project Engineering groups to develop and update an integrated schedule of Maintenance, Operations and Capital daily/weekly tasks
  • Responsible for Maintenance turn-a-round scheduling
  • Manage Asset PM Schedules
  • Manage and maintain BOM's, Equipment setups in SAP
  • Coordinate and chair weekly schedule meetings
  • Maintain Work Order's and work closely with Maintenance Planners to manage priorities for all outstanding maintenance work
What you will bring:
  • 2-year Technical Degree or Diploma or Interprovincial Journeyperson in a mechanical related field
  • Proficient in SAP
  • 3-5 years' experience scheduling and/or planning maintenance in an industrial environment, preferably in a mining setting
  • Passion and commitment for safety
  • Expectation of self and others to demonstrate respect, at all times
  • Mindset emphasizing the importance of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace
  • Ability to handle a large and varied workload
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work closely with a diverse team
  • Proficient in computer software programs including Microsoft Office, as well as additional software required for maintenance work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with EAM software systems considered an asset
  • Familiarity with the maintenance and operations processes considered an asset
  • Experience with Primavera or Microsoft project is considered an asset
