Overview

You are a team player who accurately and consistently performs financial Supply Chain (FSC) activities for an assigned product portfolio within the Deutsche Bank global supply chain organization. You will consistently provide excellent customer service to current clients and partner with the FSC sales and implementation teams to meet or exceed financial goals by facilitating the onboarding of new clients. Your tasks involve time critical, complex, and regulated tasks including interaction and communication with internal and external parties.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary service contact for product suppliers in the USA, Mexico, Canada, as well as other global regions
  • Coordinate all remote client training for FSC front end applications, and ensure alignment with the FSC program
  • Provide input to the design and implementation of strategies to ensure continuous process improvements
  • Trace legal documents needed to complete the client on boarding process and respond to status inquiries in a timely and accurate manner while protecting client data
  • Apply all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed service level agreements, key risk indicators, and/or key performance indicators and quality measures, managing and mitigating risk for clients and the Bank
  • Work effectively with local as well as global teams, providing support and guidance to colleagues and creating and fostering an environment of cooperation and continuous improvement


Your Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills are required; Spanish language fluency (written/verbal) is a plus
  • Relevant experience in supply chain finance or in banking/finance industry
  • Organized and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, keeping pace with technical innovation, and maintaining a broad understanding of the product offerings
  • Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge, and expertise to other team members
