The ACO Support team sits in the front office and is responsible for supporting global relationship managers, ACOs and clients with queries and non-production tasks relating to know your client (KYC). The key portion of the work is to ensure the CEO of KYC for the Americas and ACOs have access to MI and tools to perform their roles effectively and ensure all US MNC clients meet their review timeline in various adoption locations and across multiple products.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the global relationship managers to work on KYC related matters, as well as cross-business and cross-border coordination with client life management (CLM) and anti-financial crime (AFC)
  • Work with internal stakeholders on various KYC lifecycle events e.g. client onboarding, KYC PR, EDR, offboarding, etc., and provide regular updates to stakeholders on case status and progress
  • Monitor and support the outreach function to ensure that documents and information requested from clients is timely and compliant with relevant regulations and in-house policy in operations
  • Take ownership of assigned KYC cases that are behind schedule and actively follow through to completion; escalation to management on issues as needed
  • Client case prioritization, perimeter account management, and AAR/ENPR management
  • Attend regular training and keep team abreast of latest KYC policy requirements and changes and assess any impact to client

Your Skills and Experience:
  • Graduate with a bachelor's degree and a good academic record
  • Extensive relevant experience in a client servicing or client support role in investment or corporate banking
  • Relevant experience in a KYC function is essential
  • Experience of banking operations and investment banking product
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Salesforce and relevant client onboarding architecture
