To bring in a regional and more localized focus for Field Instruments (Transmitters) product business in the High Growth Regions Segment.
To leverage the expansive product portfolio and bring in synergies in the ground level
To expand market reach and expand our presence in this segment.
To continue the Channel focus across all customer segments and provide more offering for our channels to grow
Better transaction and relationship management for the Channel partners and their end customers.

Detailed Role Preview:
To drive the combined AOP of FI business in these regions (Punjab, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, WB, Jharkhand, Orissa, NE, B’desh, TN, Karnataka)
To continue expansion of channels & OEMs for all product portfolio’s in the above cities across the region
To provide leadership in driving this new initiative across the region.
Appoint channel partners across the region to grow and expand the business.
Nurture and grow a sound and performing team
Devise and implement strategy for High Growth Regions segment in discussion with respective LOB GM’s.
Develop a strong channel team along with Product Management.
Devise plans to break into competition accounts and keep a target for every sales individual for this initiative
Establish a homogenous channel network comprising of Distributors Channel Partners and Resellers.
