Here's what you'll achieve

Joining an experienced BD & Pitch team, you'll lead and contribute to company-wide projects that build CBRE Pacific wide top-tier pursuit capabilities and support our market-leading brand. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop strategies that give CBRE the edge to win more business.

You'll articulate, brief and coach designers to curate content and visual stories that drive key messages, produce high-quality content (bids, tenders & marketing collateral), and high impact presentations, driving best practice business development principles and pursuit management processes.

Build strong working relationships and partner with our Client Care, Research, Marketing and Communications teams to develop nation-wide initiatives. Being a brand ambassador to embed our global best practice pursuit philosophy within our business, you'll train and onboard new operators and ensure they are properly able to communicate and sell CBRE's service capabilities.

About you

You'll be degree qualified with at least 3 years' experience in Pitch, Bid, Marketing, Communications, Business Development or Management Consulting and a proven track record delivering content or pitches that are clever, client focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive and compelling. Experience within and passion for real estate/property industry is highly desirable.

To thrive in this role you'll be highly organised, with strong attention to detail, agility, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment. Technically savvy with solid experience using sales database systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

We are in particular need of Building Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Managers.  Folks that have current hands on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, PLC’s, robotics, conveyor systems, carpentry, automation, controls and/or general maintenance.  And we need Managers that can direct these employees.
