+ You will lead a team of procurement specialists who will facilitate and run purchasing processes from requisitioning to completed purchase orders.

+ You will oversee the team s targets and tasks, and interface directly with Client employees, including those responsible for Direct and Indirect categories procurement. You will manage the daily workload and drive high quality, timely delivery of the team s work volumes. You will be required to support processing directly specifically with the more complex purchasing transactions including spot buying. You will be involved in the enablement and contact to the Client's suppliers.

+ Lead the team and oversee delivery of quality and cycle time targets

+ Manage Services governance through meaningful and insightful reporting

+ Take part in regular Client feedback and status meetings representing the team

+ Be an integral part of processing purchase requisitions into purchase orders

+ Provide trusted advice to the Client s employees on any part of the end to end source to pay process

+ Articulate the Client s policies and procurement strategy to deliver a seamless buying experience

+ Continuously identify and define ideas for process improvement

+ Investigate and resolve complex issues across the contract to pay processes

+ Validate the compliance of supplier, contract and requisitions

+ Represent the client when in contact with their Suppliers

You will also deepen your knowledge on market leading applications ERP, Procurement, Service Management and you have the chance to take part of process design, automation initiatives, reporting and a lot of other exciting stuff.This is what you already have
