Lockheed Martin \(LM\) is looking for a forward\-thinking **Requirements Lead Engineer** for the LM 400 Program\. In this role, you will:

• Define and be responsible for the Requirements and Verification Architecture and Baselines

• Lead Specification and Interface Control Document development

• Support development of the spacecraft bus product line definitions, ground and flight test planning, and design reviews

• Assist in leading Model Based Systems Engineering efforts, aligning the requirements, architecture, and CONOPS to our digital transformation goals

• Partner with our internal and external teams to develop, test and field a strategic system

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Significant experience in Systems Engineering, or related engineering field with detailed knowledge of Systems Engineering concepts and processes

• Experience leading requirements analysis, development, and decomposition

• Proficient in DOORS; ability to develop and manage requirements and verification schema in DOORS

• Experience developing requirements for space or missile systems

• Experience leading teams to develop requirements

• Active Top Secret or SCI clearance

**Desired Skills:**

• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering

• Model\-Based Systems Engineering \(MBSE\) experience, including Cameo modeling

• Experience participating in Systems Engineering reviews \(SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR\)

• Systems Engineering experience throughout program life cycle

• Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate

• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change

• Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and external customers, lead multi\-functional teams and build consensus among peers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members

• Active TS/SCI clearance
