Job Description

As a Strategic Program Manager you will be responsible for helping develop the strategic vision for the spare parts organization in support of our verticals, and to identify additional strategies as needed. This role requires participation in strategic planning discussions at the process level and in the ramp with our TD and factory partners. You will work with our team to define requirements and to work closely with TD/VF/Fabs to ensure we are aligned on cost goals. Gather and analyze information to identify opportunities to shape the delivery strategy and leverage those opportunities.


As the Spare Parts Technical PM, you will be responsible for but not limited to: 

  • Working across organization boundaries to break down silos and determine the right path forward for Intel.
  • Working with partners to understand current processes to engage early in the cost strategy.
  •  Help to develop and document strategies to ensure we look at cost savings at all levels of OEM engagement.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to show performance and proactively identify risk.
  • Work with the factory cost leads from initial development to ramp to identify strategies to meet cost goals.
  • Create quality analyses on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage large initiatives with a broad scope, impact, and complexity that are focused on the process, and spares products.
  • Manages interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders as necessary

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a Master's degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in:
    • Parts manufacturing methods & processes as related to metals, ceramics, polymers, quartz & silicon components.
    • Surface treatments and coatings.
    • Cost program and project management.
    • Change control, statistical process control & quality systems.
    • Supplier assessments, selection, and supplier technology development.
  • 10+ years of experience with Semiconductor Fabrication Equipment and Processes, Mechanical design and materials analysis, Managing large programs.
  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
