Title: Part-Time Student-Product Engineering-Waterloo IA - 77199

The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.

Your Responsibilities

+ Maintain and evolve existing tools and processes

+ Assists team in identifying issues and proposing resolutions

+ Gather, review, and analyze information

+ Supports multiple departments in their daily functions

+ Produces a variety of correspondence and reports in support of department processes

+ Learns and applies company engineering policies and practices; learns company products

+ Software Bill Of Material release

+ Emissions Label Bill Of Material release

+ Option code super Bill Of Material management

+ Option rationalization sheet maintenance

+ Option code presentation creation and maintenance

What You Need

+ Pursuing a four-year degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science related; others may apply

+ Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university

+ Graduation date of December 2022 or later

+ Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

+ 16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year

+ 35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester

+ Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis

+ Strong communication skills

+ Handle multiple projects and meet project schedules

+ Ability to work with diverse workforce

+ Take responsibility to complete tasks

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Process oriented

+ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

+ Experience with MS Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

What Makes You Stand Out

+ Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

+ High level of attention to detail and accuracy

+ Experience with Creo Parametric or other 3D modeling software packages

+ Expert user of Excel, PDMLink, SAP
