**Description:** Lockheed Martin RMS in Littleton CO, is seeking an experienced System Integration/Test Engineer in the department responsible for Test System Design and Integration\. New Test Systems are being developed in support of cyber and electronic warfare\. The candidate will be responsible for Automated Test Equipment hardware design, build, integration, and verification & validation\. Applicant should be a proven problem solver who can multi\-task in a complex, cross\-functional organization\.

As part of the RMS/Spectrum Convergence Team, the candidate will work under only general direction reporting to a Test System Technical Lead of the project\. The candidate will work with the Test System team and the Unit Under Test design engineer to understand the test requirements and define the Test System design requirements\. The candidate will work with the Test System team to develop the test system design, such as instrument selection, controller selection, and interface wiring\. The candidate will work with Electromechanical packaging engineers on the hardware drawings and electronics technicians in the assembly and fabrication of the test system\. The candidate will be responsible for the bill of materials, procurement of parts, design documentation \(e\.g\. block diagrams and schematics\), and other documentation \(e\.g\. test description docs, operator instructions\)\. The candidate will collaborate with the Test System team to integrate and verify the Test System with the Unit Under Test as well as Subject Matter Experts to review the test system design and verification readiness\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

\-Advanced skills in troubleshooting Analog and Digital Electronics

\-Proficient with multiple data communication protocols

\-Proficient with test system hardware design

\-Familiarity with test software design and proficiency with software debugging in support of troubleshooting

\-Skilled in Root Cause and Corrective Action

\-Proficient with hardware and software configuration management process

\-Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

\-Ability to travel to customer sites for short durations to troubleshoot system and train personnel

\- **Active/Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a final TS/SCI\.**

**Desired Skills:**

• Electronics working/troubleshooting knowledge in RF

• Production troubleshooting experience

• Antennas design and text experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines

• Experience in generating testing documents that adhere to technical standards

• Understanding of product development and testing Life Cycle

• Experience in a test and requirements verification environment

• Systems Engineering and Automated Test experience is a plus

• Experience with automated build, testing and continuous deployment

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Demonstrated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members

• Quick thinker, fast learner/Proactive, problem solver, creative, critical thinking skills

• Develops solutions to assigned technical problems of limited scope

• Basic networking knowledge

• Experience as an operator is a plus
