**Description:**

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Sr\. Program Planner for a position in Orlando, Florida to support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans\.

Duties include:

\-Develops Integrated Master Schedules for new or existing development programs from Program Summary Master Schedules\.

\-Maintains schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path issues and network logic conflicts\.

\-Supports and participates in negotiations with customer\.

\-May work proposal preparation and assess the progress against established plans and parameters\.

\-Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements\.

\-Maintains cost and schedule integration\.

\-Monitors/surveils EVMS application and maintenance on programs\.

Relocation: Relocation assistance is possible for this exciting position\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

\-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/combined education

\-Must be able to obtain a clearance

\-Critical Path Scheduling methodology

\-Proficiency in MS Office \(specifically Excel and Power Point\) and Microsoft Project experience

\-Integrated Master Schedule \(IMS\) development and maintenance

\- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

\-Sustainment / Depot Operations

\-WBS Development experience

\-Earned Value Management experience

\-Proposal development experience

\-Integrated Master Plan \(IMP\)

\-Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA

\-Experience with the Schedule Risk Assessment process

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree\. Considered career, or journey, level\.
