Advertised Job Summary: The Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance Services serves as a member of the Office of Compliance Services ( OCS ) and reports to the Associate Athletics Director. This position works in conjunction with OCS staff to implement NCAA , SEC , and University of South Carolina regulations. This position is responsible for direct oversight of the day to day operations of OCS as well as oversight of several OCS staff members. This position is responsible for ensuring all monitoring and education systems are effectively implemented as well certifying all systems ensure compliance with NCAA , SEC , and University of South Carolina regulations. This position provides interpretative assistance to coaches, administrators, student-athletes, and representatives of the university and develops and/or implements rules education curriculum to provide effective updates on relevant legislation for administrators, student-athletes, and representatives of the university. Additionally, this position is expected to represent OCS at selected department and university events and meetings.  Advertised Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree + 5 years experience in a compliance setting at an institutional, conference or national association level.   Full/Part Time: Full Time
