This exciting role offers opportunity to:

+ Responsible and oversee facility maintenance of Mascot facility

+ Provides facility maintenance support to other locations including purchase related transaction in SAP

+ Responsible for site induction program for new employees, visitors or contractors

+ Address to day-to-day maintenance request from immediate attention, coordinate remediation to closure

+ Implements environmental, health & safety procedures for all areas of the company

+ Support analysis of environmental, health & safety related metrics, assess opportunity to improve overall performance

+ Support Compliance related audit activities from planning, auditing, reporting to effectiveness check

+ Assist close out Compliance related audit non-conformant record (NCR) and it's associated documented information maintenance

+ Assist in submitting Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) request on behalf of ANZ business

+ Carrying out the roles and responsibilities as detailed in the quality, safety and environment policies and procedures

+ Commitment to the quality, safety and environment and proactively reporting any risks and issues

+ Understanding the company mission, vision, policies, objectives and other requirements of the quality, safety and environment management system

Qualifications

+ Bachelor or Diploma in Work Health Safety, Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (AU)

+ 3-5 years experience

+ Experience with facility management and EHS advisor experience

+ Good communication skills, ability to clearly communicate to employees, suppliers & customers, stakeholder management

+ Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

+ AutoCAD and Visio knowledge advantages
