As an Accenture Total Rewards Senior Manager, you will drive change by bringing significant expertise to the development of compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees in a competitive landscape. You will have an opportunity to bring your talent and curiosity to work while collaborating with key stakeholders in the planning, development, and implementation of compensation programs. In this position, you will develop and apply global and local frameworks linked to Accenture's total rewards strategy.

Job responsibilities:

As an Accenture Total Rewards Senior Manager, you will drive change by bringing significant expertise to the development of compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain employees in a competitive landscape. In this position, you will develop and apply global and local frameworks linked to Accenture's total rewards strategy.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders on the design and implementation of compensation processes that support the North America compensation strategy and meet evolving business and talent needs.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key HR leaders, openly discussing challenges, sharing feedback, and making recommendations for improvement.

- In scope responsibilities may include delivery on merit pay programs, incentive and bonus plans, rewards budgeting, and planning, pay equity, and pay compliance, job evaluation, salary surveys, market data analysis.

- Demonstrating proficient knowledge and understanding of market data, salary ranges, bonus plans, and budget impact analysis

- Develop compensation solutions for ventures & acquisitions while working to fully integrate them into Accenture’s compensation programs and processes.

- Drive implementation of new compensation programs, processes, and tools (or drive changes to existing) which may include testing to validate applicability to local market situations and driving implementation at a local level within the context of a global guidelines.

-Actively seek emerging compensation market and industry-specific trends and apply insights in the development of best in class programs

- Lead requirement gathering sessions to shape the North America programs and processes.

- Apply frameworks and methodologies that align with the business strategy and compensation vision.

- Monitor emerging compensation market and industry-specific trends and apply insights in the development of best in class programs.

- Identify potential areas of risk and opportunities for improvements with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.

- Use salary survey data to evaluate jobs for internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Write and edit Compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures for key stakeholders.

- Provide specialty reporting and support compensation managers and leadership to improve existing programs, processes, and tools.

- Use storytelling to effectively explain data and insights in Compensation meetings.

- Manage in scope compensation programs and processes to ensure compliance with laws and legislation.

- Supervise a team of Compensation associate managers and specialists.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor´s Degree (±16 years)

+ A minimum of 7 years of compensation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master’s Degree

+ Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)

+ Strong compensation expertise in the areas of merit pay programs, incentive and bonus plans, job evaluation, and salary survey use & methodology

+ Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively

+ Familiarity with laws and legislation impacting compensation decisions

+ Adept at influencing and developing solutions through strong relationships, transparent communication, expertise, and data

+ Experience managing many stakeholders in a matrixed organization

+ Experience leading the work of others in a virtual environment

+ Process, project or workplan management experience

+ Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics skills

+ Strong focus on data privacy and confidentiality

+ Minimum of 8 years in total rewards/compensation role with Minimum of 2-3 years in managing people

+ Work experience with a large corporate employer, leading consulting firm and/or emerging technology roles strongly preferred

+ Familiarity with statistical analysis approaches and tools

+ Working knowledge of Workday HCM

+ Experience working with globally located teams.

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $115,000 - $188,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
