You Are:

An expert consulting practitioner who has grown successfully within a large consultancy firm with experience leading clients through complex change initiatives and have deep industry experience. You are energized by building relationships and excited about being a trusted client advisor who can help unleash the power of One Accenture to our clients by bringing them data-driven insights, new ideas, industry expertise and end-to-end solutions from across our ecosystem. You are a relentless storyteller, inspiring teams with your vision and new way of thinking. You have a proven track record of assembling diverse, high-octane teams that harness people's strength and deliver radical insight. You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation and you are ready to partner at client sites.

You are an expert in the processes and financials of traditional and emerging media business models, with an understanding of the technology that enables them. You are passional not only about the incredible content and experiences that these industry leading companies create, but also by the processes, operations and technologies employed. You’ve led a complex transformation previously and understand large scale technology delivery. You may not be a deep technologist or engineer, but you have a curiosity and interest in applying that technology to help clients do amazing things. Additionally, you are familiar with professional services selling processes and you’ve pitched solutions to help solve problems. You enjoy taking accountability for a client or portfolio P&L and have an entrepreneurial and competitive drive to build a business. Working in an agile, fast-paced environment energizes you, and you’re at your best when contributing to a team. You’re always ready to dive deep into creative and analytical thinking to solve problems, and transform challenges into opportunities. Leadership and verbal skills? Yours are top-drawer, and you know how to work well with everyone from junior colleagues to executive stakeholders.

The Work:

+ Establish relationships with client stakeholders and build long-term partnerships for Accenture

+ Engage in conversations with current or prospective clients to understand and evaluate their current industry or company-specific challenges provide recommendations, and propose strategic solutions that address their unique needs and business goals

+ Lead delivery teams to redesign clients’ organizational structure, processes, and technology capabilities so they can deliver incredible content or consumer experiences

+ Manage and coach junior team members, and continue to grow your own expertise

+ Be an active member of Accenture’s Media & Entertainment community

+ Contribute to perspectives and thought leadership to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership position

Travel:

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Here’s What You Need:

+ Minimum 8 years of management consulting or equivalent industry experience developing trusted relationships

+ Minimum 8 years’ experience in an influential technical advisory and/or consulting role keen to deep industry insights/trends and innovation

+ Software / SaaS industry knowledge and market intelligence

+ A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

+ You know how to improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity with integrity and compassion.

+ You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to design business process, lead business case, deliver agile projects, develop new operating model, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property, and solve critical business issues that offer accelerated value.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
