Service Now Solutions Architect Sr Manager

Location: Toronto/Montreal

The Solution Architect is responsible for directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.


+ Ability to create a winning solution, pricing based on Accenture Win-Themes and Client requirements

+ Clearly articulate Accenture’s Value add and differentiator in every solution

+ Draft ServiceNow solutions (Design/Build/Manage) defining scope & estimations, staffing plan, timelines, assumptions & dependencies, costing, RACI & SOW assistance, etc

+ Design, solution architecture, functional implementation and evaluation of Client’s Enterprise Service Management Ecosystem

+ Design and communicate a Technical Architecture Blueprint based on Capability and Process Implementation Roadmaps aligning to desired Business outcomes

+ Progress the solution through internal reviews and approval cycles

+ Deliver presentations, proposals and estimates

+ When appropriate, perform effective online demos during Client orals


+ Deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints.

+ ServiceNow certified with solution and development experience

+ Certified implementation specialist (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD or any other)

+ Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios

+ At least 15yrs of cross platforms IT industry and 10 yrs of hands on ServiceNow experience

+ Experience in solutioning large deals (> 2500 man days)

+ Understanding of and experience delivering and selling to enterprise IT architecture.

+ Mastery of the Sales process and trusted advisor for account representative 

+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts. 

+ Experience working with or understanding of Managed Service Providers, Outsourcers, or Systems Integrators.
