The role of the CRCO Data Management (DM) AMER New Business Coordinator is to coordinate AMER New Business initiatives throughout all phases and checkpoints of the New Business product lifecycle, including the RDAR impact assessment. The role requires the AMER New Business Coordinator to work closely with US based senior business partners in Front Office, New Business Department, CRM, GMRM, CRCO DM and Legal Entity CRO. The AMER New Business Coordinator represents CRCO DM in multiple US New Business related internal business partner discussions and working groups. In addition to the CRCO DM AMER New Business Coordinator responsibilities, this resource will also provide support for the RDAR Governance and Standards responsibilities such as setting and maintaining key standards and procedures as per the RDAR Framework, preparation of Board and Senior Management RDAR briefings, preparation of Regulatory engagements e.g. FINMA, and preparation of materials for senior RDAR governance forums. *Your future colleagues* The role is within the CRCO Data Management organization in the RDAR Office team. We are a distributed team with colleagues in Singapore, India, Poland and London. The RDAR Office is responsible for the RDAR compliance agenda at Credit Suisse Group. The RDAR Office sets the compliance and control standards for RDAR globally and manages key internal and external relations in respect of RDAR compliance and acts as the compliance office for RDAR across the CRO function and the wider firm.
