Job Description
CVS Kidney Care, a new CVS Health company, has been launched as part of the company’s portfolio of initiatives to transform health care and make a real difference in the lives of people impacted by chronic kidney disease. At CVS Kidney Care, we put the patient at the heart of everything we do. We are based on a culture of courage that rewards innovative thinking and bold action; we seek people who are ready for an entrepreneurial environment where ownership is empowered at all levels, ambiguity is actively embraced in order to accelerate innovation, and where all colleagues are committed to act as one team in service to our goals.

If you have a customer-first mindset, strong background with operational growth and P&L management and desire the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the people we serve, CVS Kidney Care might just be the next best step in your career.

We are looking for a proven, passionate healthcare operator to join our fast-growing team as a CKD Operations Director. The CKD Operations Director will be accountable for operationalizing new products sold to payors and nephrologists that are seeking to better manage their CKD and ESRD patient populations. The CKD Operations Director will take new product concepts and be responsible for building a world-class team (including a team of clinical educators), establishing processes, working cross-functionally across the Kidney Care & CVS Health enterprise, and ensuring all critical operational components come together to bring our products to market on time and within budget. While operationalizing new products, the CKD Operations Director must consistently pressure test the best way to deliver products, from digital to telephonic to in person channels, as well as through internal and/or external partnership evaluations. Once products have launched, this individual will also be responsible for partnering across the product team to drive performance of each solution in the market and help execute operational changes as needed.

A successful candidate must have experience operating a CKD or ESRD program and be comfortable in ambiguous environments with a proven track record of success, and eager to take on multiple challenges. This individual will be responsible for managing the CKD Operations P&L as well as management of KPI’s to ensure exceptional performance. This individual must thrive on creativity and constantly seek ways to challenge the status quo. The CKD Operations Director will play a critical role in delivering product roadmaps and contributing to a portfolio of solutions that will generate significant financial returns and strategically support each of the businesses within the Kidney Care portfolio. This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer, Kidney Care Operations.
