As a member of API Engineering team, the tools and automation engineer will be able to self-manage, taking a task either individually or as part of the team, and see it through to completion. The candidate will be working with an established and dynamic development team.

  • Continually improve automation and CI/CD tools, processes and procedures.
  • Passionate about automating and improving release and deployment processes
  • A strategic and innovative mindset - can engineer technical solutions as well as perform process engineering
  • Participate in ongoing design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and tools across our platforms.   
  • Work closely with internal customers within Development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end process automation with quality mindset.
  • Write and maintain automation and integration activity documentation.
  • Full stack development opportunities depending on the candidate's capabilities.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of Java experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Automation and Continuous Integration-Continuous Development (CI-CD) of Full Circle applications
  • 3+ years of Python experience



Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of API programming with Perl, XML, REST or JSON
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking, finance and risk domain
  • 3 + years of experience with Elasticsearch development, integration or support
