You will be expected to work closely with program leaders and lead multiple engineering groups to the best, unified solution that meets overall system performance requirements, cost, and schedule needs

As a **Configuration Analyst/Data Management** , your responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing proposed changes of product design to determine the effect on the overall product and system

• Coordinating modification records for management control

• Establishing change orders and preparing change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor personnel

•Handling Contract Deliverable Requirement List \(CDRL\) schedules, deliveries and verification in accordance with contract requirements and schedules

• Preparing data for archival and maintain archive records for retrieval as required

• Handling the review and retention of supplier data

• Ensuring that customer requirements are implemented

• Preparing metrics and various status reports

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret

• Knowledge of Configuration Management Principles and Implementation

• Knowledge of administered data repositories

• Understand engineering drafting, drawing and documentation standards

**Desired Skills:**

• Experience with electronic data vaulting and digital data handling

• Understand engineering drafting, drawing and documentation standards

• Strong social skills and an ability to build effective working relationships are a must

• Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of small groups\.

• Must be able to work well in a team environment and work well with various levels of management\.

• Strong attention to detail and must be able to work with minimal supervision

• Proficient with and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of Contracts\.

• Experience developing process improvement initiatives\.

• Experience with customer/DCMA audits\.

• Experience material tracking

• Experience coordinating government and Contractor furnished Information \(GFI/CFI\)\.

• Experience with Configuration Status Accounting, and Verification and Audit practices

• Configuration / Data Management Certificate

• Experience with Product Data Management tools

• Ability to quickly learn new software tools and processes

• Military customer experience
