We are seeking a **Flight Test and Range Coordination Engineer, Senior Staff** responsible for flight test planning, range coordination and management/execution of system test requirements\. This includes asset allocation, government launch site certifications/approvals, verification of test requirements, CONOPS development, and mission success to field a new defensive missile system\. You will also lead flight test team through the prototype test phase, hardware in the loop, lab testing, All Up Round integration and test, deployment to the launch sites and successful flight test execution\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Bachelors or Master degree in engineering or closely related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Vehicle flight test, operations and/or range integration experience

• Test planning and execution experience with an understanding of system engineering and requirements verification

• Experience leading teams, presenting at design reviews, & communicating with customers and leadership positions

• Ability to work independently and solve complex issues or problems

• **Willingness and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance**

**Desired Skills:**

• LM Certified Test Conductor

• System design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Test Engineering \(e\.g\., Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc\.\)

• 12\+ years with vehicle architecture design, development, integration, test, with knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through system level

• Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on an inflexible schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data

• Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program

• Proven track record of good judgment and programmatic execution necessary to meet technical requirements while balancing schedules and budget obligations

• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations

• Masters Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate

• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change
