Are you ready to help us make the future? We have an opportunity for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Advanced Materials (AM) team in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Honeywell AM is a $2.8B global business unit within Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT), and this position will serve as the leader for Foam and Industrial Products business within the Fluorine Products (FP) Global Business Enterprise
This position will be responsible for the global strategic planning, development and implementation of global marketing communications programs, execution of new product innovation launch programs and impactful demand generation campaigns and managing end user and channel communications (internal and external). This role will support the marketing digital transformation with execution of key campaigns and digital marketing activities and will be part of the larger Advanced Materials Customer Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Be part of a team that is responsible for developing, managing and executing programs to drive leads, campaigns and promotions to enhance business development.
Build and implement go-to-market plans and customer marketing strategies
Develop measurable marketing strategies, based on briefs and team expertise, that combine a variety of tactics, such as marketing automation and demand generation, digital campaigns, shows and events, paid media and public relations to communicate and market to customers
Work with various internal and external stakeholders to support the development of appropriate customer marketing materials to use on Honeywell's websites, in sales pursuits, in support of digital, social and lead nurturing campaigns, for presentations and webinars, for customer advisory groups, tradeshows and customer events, and media outreach programs
Manage the program budget, understanding sales pipeline and revenue generated from Customer Marketing efforts, along with Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), and be able to evaluate, optimize tactics and report outcomes.
Ensure effective new product launches through the development and execution of targeted (digital first) campaigns to target verticals; channels and influencers
Develop an annual customer marketing plan with specific measurable goals in terms of marketing generated revenue and return on marketing investment.
The role will report directly to the Sr. Director Customer Marketing for AM.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, business or related field, or 7 years experience in lieu of degree
3+ years of proven track record in delivering measured results through planning, managing, executing and measuring broad based marketing initiatives in a B2B environment
3+ years of experience with executing customer marketing campaigns, content development, and project management
1+ years of experience with Marketo and/or SFDC
Active knowledge of PR, digital marketing and social media and managing outside agencies preferred.
Understanding of digital marketing mix and tactics and how to align with business growth targets and marketing automation processes.
Ability to take strategic direction and translate into meaningful, results oriented tactics
Experience with Product Launch, Commercialization
Ability to work and thrive in a highly matrixed global organization
