ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr. Corporate Construction Recruiter will:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Network through construction societies and associations
- Develop robust pipeline of construction talent
- Work closely with the Manager of University and Trade School Relations on recruitment efforts
- Partner with the Director of Military Relations to develop an active pipeline
- Strategize with hiring managers to develop individual recruiting strategies as needs occur
- Conduct intake meetings to develop job descriptions, salary ranges, and recruitment timeline
- Post positions in all applicable venues
- Track candidates appropriately in the Applicant Tracking System
- Select and interview the best candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to set up interviews
- Maintain all applicant and interview data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Prepare, seek approval for, and deliver offer letters
- Work with the Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist throughout offer and new hire onboarding


EDUCATION

High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE

- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preference for a Bachelor or Master's degree in business, construction, or human resources
- Minimum of 8 years of corporate recruiting experience in construction, renewables, or similar industry OR minimum of 10 years' experience as a construction manager with an interest in moving into a corporate recruiting role
