Lockheed Martin Space has an opportunity for a dynamic, hardworking Staff Software Engineer who wants to join our Model Based Engineering effort\. We’re looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm in model\-based engineering, systems architecture, and modeling, requirements development and management, risk and opportunity management, needs identification, systems integration, and implementation\!

As a Software Engineer Staff for the Model Based Engineering \(MBE\) Acceleration project, you will help define the architecture for and implement software solutions for insertion into programs across Space as part of a joint E&T/BITEE product development team\. You will work collaboratively with other product teams and stakeholders to understand development dependencies, contexts, and constraints\. You will bring your experience and knowledge to bear to help the Product Owner and Product Software Lead drive the insertion of key technologies into the product implementation\. And you will help educate others on the product team about those technologies for which you have expertise\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

\- Java experience

\- REST API management and usage

\- Web development and Javascript

\- Automated CI/CD frameworks

\- Redhat OpenShift/Fuse

\- Redis

\- Yarn

\- Spring Boot

\- PostgreSQL / MongoDB
