We have an opportunity for a Field Service Engineer II to join our Process Automation team in Warsaw. 

The Field Service Engineer II will have position of local Senior System Engineer. Position is for high level expert to Support System’s Migration and Upgrades and Software and Hardware troubleshooting. The Field Service Engineer II shall be able to integrate DCS Systems, troubleshoot Cisco Networking Systems, deploy Virtual Systems based on vMware technology, install control system’s software including centralized AV solutions, AD, MS updates and SW patches. Travelling 40% of time. Performing Remote or On Call Support. Maintain high level knowledge of Honeywell’s HPS systems hardware and software platforms. Support other LSS engineers in troubleshooting.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Installation of the control system’s software and hardware Upgrades and Migrations.
  • Technical Support for all in country customers

Supporting Activities:

  • Shares technical knowledge within colleagues.
  • Report progress of each service project/activities and issues to FSM.
  • May require carrying out site work and international assignments from time to time.
  • Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvement within service team.
  • Ensures that all electronic waste disposal is according to legislation.
  • Complies with Corporate, local, Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.

Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge

Knowledge Requirement

  • Knowledge of Honeywell HPS Systems hardware platforms.
  • High knowledge in Microsoft Server, Windows applications and AD management
  • High level of Cyber Security awareness (McAfee, Symantec)
  • High knowledge of Back-up tools (McAfee, Symantec)
  • Proven experience with Cisco Networks
  • Proven experience with Virtualization (vMware)
  • Good knowledge and experience in hardware assembly process.
  • Knowledge on English language is must. (Technical and communication level).
  • Good knowledge of ISO requirements.
  • Good knowledge about HSE Requirements.
