We are looking for an ambitious Systems Engineer to become a member of the Flight Systems Design and Integration Team\.

As a **Flight Systems Engineer** , you will:

• Support development of system, subsystem, and unit level test plans and procedures

• Support system and subsystem integration tasks, environmental, ground, and flight tests

• In coordination with SS RE, Refine and distribute test environments, methodologies, and pass\-fail criteria

• Participate in Qualification Review Board process as required

• Support for Component and Subsystem processing and Test activities

• Support anomaly resolution and retest following rework requirements as needed

• Establish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system\-level design and decomposition into requirements

• Perform system analysis and interface definition and management/ execution

• Lead studies and system trades for enhanced capabilities

• Perform systems/hardware integration, test planning, and execution

• Develop plans to on\-ramp new mission capabilities while protecting the primary mission

• Lead and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews

• Lead failure investigations and anomaly resolution boards

• Coordinate with the planner and production to assure that hardware is on track and at the right state of development through the program lifecycle

• Track flight hardware, EGSE, and MGSE through test activities

Successful candidates typically have a Bachelor's degree and 2\-4 years of experience\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Knowledge and application of Systems Engineering processes and one or more Systems Integration functions including:

1\. System trade studies and/or System modeling

2\. Requirements and Interface Control Document \(ICD\) development

3\. System Integration, Test and/or Verification

4\. Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies

5\. Design reviews

• System design and test experience with one or more subsystems or subject areas outside of Systems Engineering \(e\.g\., Electrical, Mechanical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc\.\)

• **The ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, therefore, U\.S\. Citizenship is required\.**

**Desired Skills:**

• Working knowledge of DOORS, CAMEO, EPDM, or Automation Framework

• Familiarity with Systems Engineering and mission assurance fundamentals necessary for delivering the system on time within risk and cost allocations

• 2\+ years with missile design, development, integration, test, with broad\-based and knowledge missile systems at the component, subsystem, and/or system level

• Experience working in or planning for Systems integration labs for missiles or spacecraft

• Experience in the development of test requirements into detailed step by step instructions for inputs required outputs, timing and Pass fail criteria to be delivered to Test and EGSE teams to be used to execute missile level testing in the integration labs

• Coordinating with CPE's, RSE's and the test team to ensure system\-level tests are executed correctly within the systems integration Lab

• Running and participating in Test Readiness Reviews\.

• Requirements and Verification planning, Tracking, and execution\.
