We are looking for a Technical Trainer\!

In this position you will:

•Teach basic information classes to newly assigned personnel\.

•Help maintain and revise training documentation to ensure that technical information is up to date\.

•Work with operations positions and subject matter experts \(SMEs\) to ensure training needs are met\.

•Assist in developing and maintaining Job Qualification Standards \(JQS\), technical guides and plans of instruction\.

•Conduct learning needs assessments and develop training as required\.

•Maintain training class records, administer, and evaluate trainee performance\.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information\. This position requires a TS/SCI and adjudicated CI Polygraph prior to start\.

**Typically has 5 \- 10 years** of professional experience\.
