Job Description
This position will be responsible for the development and delivery of cross-departmental process improvement initiatives within Specialty Revenue Cycle at CVS Health.

In this position, the candidate is expected to provide strategic support to revenue cycle operations, identifying solutions to mitigate at-risk receivables and create reportable insights to improve the overall quality of our business.

Leveraging their prior experience and working closely with the Revenue Cycle management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and subsequent implementation of cross-departmental process improvement initiatives which impact revenue cycle operations (e.g., Unbilled AR, Billed/Denied AR, at-risk AR, bad debt, etc.).

The expectation is that this position becomes a foundational pillar of our drive to continuously improve our business, and therefore will be closely linked with Specialty Operations, Training, Quality Improvement, and Revenue Integrity Teams.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
-Evaluate cross departmental processes and assess how they impact the revenue goals of the department.
-Identify opportunities and methods to drive efficiencies and better manage cross-departmental functions
-Develop reportable insights that will provide Specialty Management with the necessary tools to better meet goals of the department
-Coordinate resolution management through employee lead training and system enhancements
-Develop prioritized work plan(s) that will guide implementation activities which mitigate at risk receivables
-Coordinate initiatives with Specialty Operations, Training, Quality Improvement and other key stakeholders to ensure resources are optimized and conflicts are minimized
-Drive initiative implementation efforts to ensure goals are reached on time and within budget

Required Qualifications
-3+ years of professional work experience
-Experience working with healthcare finance and accounting principles
-Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
-Ability to influence key stakeholders at various levels
-Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
-Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Teams

Preferred Qualifications
-Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy and/or post-acute operations
-Strong analytic skills essential to identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle outcomes

-Bachelor’s Degree or higher; related professional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
