Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Transformation Lead, L3-Sr. to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • This position will be responsible for leading technology and business process transformation efforts in a fast paced, mission critical environment.
  • Develop and deliver strategies and execution plans for organizational transformation supporting DevOps culture change and practices, in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Perform gap analyses of technologies, staffing models and business processes.
  • Be the primary POC for the customer for transformation efforts.
  • Develop a rapport and communication rhythm with the customer and the delivery team.
  • Support continuous process improvement across the service lifecycle.
  • Supervise and mentor scrum masters supporting agile teams.
  • Educate teams of architects, engineers, system administrators, analysts, and ITSM SMEs in SAFe practices.
  • Review and provide inputs to functional requirements, designs, training materials, and other work efforts prior to delivery to the customer.
  • Provide strategic insight and advice to the ManTech Program Manager and customer to identify additional innovation opportunities and ways to improve efficiency.
  • Support proposal activities to include development of basis of estimate, technical volumes, management volumes and other supporting documents.
  • Work with ManTech corporate teams to enable appropriate support for their program including contracts, subcontracts, security, recruiting, HR, and finance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current SAFe certification(s)
  • Two years of experience leading Agile / DevOps transformations using SAFe and/or other agile frameworks and practices.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT Operations environments and using ITSM techniques and practices.
  • One year of experience working in DevOps and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environments.
  • One year of experience with implementing or managing Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities for internal/private cloud environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field and 10 – 15 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience leading transformations using SAFe and/or other agile frameworks and practices.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting IT Operations environments and using ITSM techniques and practices.
  • 3+ years of experience working in DevOps and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with implementing or managing Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities for internal/private cloud environments.
  • Experience leading or supporting teams implementing Red Hat Enterprise Linux and OpenShift technologies.
  • Current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Current ITIL Foundations 3.0 certification
  • Experience with IBM Rational Team Concert.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active DOD Secret clearance and ability to obtain agency suitability clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $116,000-$194,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
