**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration and Test \(I&T\) Sr\. Manager to lead and manage all elements of the Integration & Test scope on the Advanced Rapid Response Weapon \(ARRW\) program\. The I&T Sr\. Manager will be responsible for providing technical leadership, direction and management of a large distributed integration and test team spanning multiple Lockheed Martin facilities, supplier test locations and government test ranges/facilities\. While the I&T Sr\. Manager will be primarily leading and managing the larger I&T team, it is also expected that the I&T Sr\. Manager possess the requisite knowledge and capacity to perform hands\-on missile systems integration & testing \(subsystem, system, platform and flight testing levels inclusive\) in both field/range and laboratory environments\. It is imperative that the I&T Sr\. Manager is a proven, consistent and effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders, senior leadership as well as government representatives and counterparts\.

The I&T Sr\. Manager will be required to operate and lead in an extremely dynamic, schedule constrained and challenging environment\. To be successful, the I&T Lead must demonstrate the ability and alacrity to navigate these challenges under pressure, daily, motivate and energize the I&T team and ensure mission success through sound engineering judgement, preparation and execution\. A history of building strong team relationships and rapport in a distributed environment is necessary to be successful in this role\. Additionally, the I&T Sr\. Manager is expected to embrace a culture of teaching, coaching and mentoring early career talent that is supporting I&T program efforts\.

The I&T Sr\. Manager will be required to proactively support or ensure team members are actively engaged in the root cause investigation of test anomalies and/or test failures to facilitate isolation of problems between hardware and software\. Furthermore, the individual will directly support or assign representation to participate on applicable FRBs and support the development of exploratory testing and regression testing necessary to determine root cause and validate corrective action\. The individual will be required to collaborate across IPTs to ensure that the appropriate data is distributed to and reviewed by the correct SMEs/Stakeholders to ensure missile integrity prior to advancing to the next step of missile build\-up and checkout prior to flight testing\.

The I&T Sr\. Manager must demonstrate a comprehensive and complex understanding of how to structure, resource, plan, and execute throughout the entire I&T lifecycle\. The I&T Sr\. Manager is accountable to meet all cost, schedule and technical I&T program commitments, as well as forecast, manage and mitigate I&T related risks\. The I&T Lead is accountable to the program Chief Engineer and Program Manager\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Active Secret Clearance

Subject Matter Expert \(SME\) level of experience in air\-launched missile, aircraft or equivalent Hardware/Software intensive systems integration and test

Previous successful experience leading and managing a complex large scale I&T program \(including triad of cost, schedule and technical performance\)

Previous successful experience building, leading and managing I&T teams

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to internal/external stakeholders, senior management and government customer partners

**Desired Skills:**

Experience integrating and testing hypersonic missile system technologies \(Missile Assembly, Integration and Test\)

Experience performing and/or leading missile to aircraft integration \(Platform Integration & Test\)

Experience performing and/or leading missile flight testing \(Flight Test\)

Experience performing Hardware In The Loop \(HWIL\) testing, including the review and verification of data

Experience integrating Telemetry and Flight Termination solutions

Experience conducting automated testing through the utilization of special test equipment

Experience utilizing Earned Value Management System \(EVMS\) techniques to manage work scope
