Job Description

As a Fab Capital Supply Chain Group Leader in the Global Sourcing Equipment and Materials (GSEM) team, you will be leading a procurement group responsible for making IDM 2.0 a reality. You will Co-manage an Operations group of CCMs (Capital Capacity Managers) who are responsible for all forecasts, orders, and delivery for capital equipment and supporting items for TD, FSM, and NSG. Your group will work across multiple organizations and functions to synthesize information and formulate action plans to resolve issues with the end goal of ensuring all factories can start up and ramp successfully.

As the Fab Capital Supply Chain Group Leader, you will be responsible for but not limited to: 

  • Utilize skills to lead, motivate and develop a team with diverse experience and competencies.
  • Manage and provide coaching, performance management, and career development to staff
  • Develop and implement internal quality improvement plans, processes improvements, and business process standardization.
  • Synthesizing information from various sources.
  • Understanding how to pull data from Intel's planning, procurement, and other key systems using PowerBI and Excel and turning the raw data into useful information.
  • Clearly and concisely communicating critical ramp focus areas to GSEM management and the whole supply chain organization.
  • Collaborating across the supply chain to resolve all delivery escalations.
  • Driving supply chain process and system improvements to enable multiple, overlapping ramps spread across the globe.
  • Development and full implementation of an improvement roadmap to close gaps to critical success indicators.
  • Improving supply chain coordination by building strong processes and relationships (GSEM organization, TD, HVM, FCE, Finance).
  • Influencing strategies relevant to program goals.
  • Synthesizes complex information into clear messages and adapts style to address a variety of audiences.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field of study.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in:
    • Supply Chain
    • Program Management
    • Starting-up, ramping, and/or sustaining factories
  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with suppliers
  • Understanding of Intel's LRP process and factory ramp planning
  • Understanding of Intel's capacity and re-use business processes
