We don’t want just anyone that knows Salesforce and dashboards. We are looking for an abled professional who can Drive metrics, reporting and projects to the support function to better track and report out on team performance.

Required Skills

  • 5 years experience in a support organization within the Software Industry. SaaS experience preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years software technical support experience in process improvements and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) allowing for the ability to interact with a diverse group of across the organization and with customer inputs.
  • Strong investigation skills including problem, data analysis and process improvements.
  • Ability to function independently and problem solve.

Preferred Skills

  • Collecting and analyzing customer service performance and delivery data, identify actions regarding responses, and reporting to the organization.
  • Measuring and improving overall customer experience levels and case deflection.
  • Analyzing support workflows and making suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Writing and improving customer service processes.
  • Managing schedules of team members according to customer demand and any service level agreements.
  • A track record of business process improvement.
  • Ability to analyses and identify improvements in service systems and processes.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • SaaS support experience, in a fast paced, high-demand environment.
