We are seeking an Onsite Representative for one of our Valued Customers in Cambridge

This role is based at The Airport, Newmarket Road, Cambridge, CB5 8RX

Shift pattern: Mon – Fri, 9 am – 5 pm

Joining us as an Onsite Representative , you will be representing incora everyday at our valued customer . Our onsite teams are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers and ensuring all of their requirements are met.

Qualifications

About you

As the Onsite Representative you will be the face of Incora and act as first point of contact between the customer and Incora, The Site Representative ensures that all replenishment activity is carried out in line with the Service Level Agreements.

You will be interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations. Moreover, you will assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.

What will you also need?
  • Experience in inventory management, material handling or production
  • Knowledge of aerospace industry would be beneficial.
  • Strong IT literacy in the use of at least Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets, VLOOKUP , Tables and Graphs), Word and PowerPoint are required.
  • You will have opportunities to attend formal operational review meetings representing Incora, so you'll be a great communicator.
  • As you will be cooperating with customers would be great if could provide excellent customer service and deal with stakeholders tactfully and confidently
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear and accurate data entry and documentation skills
