- Creates collaborative partnerships with sales, account management, Underwriting, Marketing and other internal partners to develop a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with customer’s objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth to Aetna.
- Seek and maintain comprehensive understanding of internal and external environmental influences and competitive pressures related to product portfolio.
- Provides sales support and strategic consultation for new and existing business opportunities driving growth and retention across Aetna clinical product solutions.
- Partners with Aetna commercial sales and account management to develop and position focused clinical product solutions based on customer population dynamics and needs.
- Supports the Request for Proposal (RFP) process as clinical program SME consulting with sales, account management, underwriting and commercial sales support teams on customer specific clinical program strategy and positioning.
- Partners with Commercial Sales Support in the creation and maintenance of clinical program responses populated in RFP response database.
- Supports sales efforts with participation in plan sponsor/broker capabilities presentations, finalist meetings and other external facing meetings.
- Ensures development and availability of appropriate plan sponsor and member marketing collateral aligned to clinical program portfolio.
- Partners with Product contacts in new/enhanced program development efforts providing consultative feedback based on field and customer requests and needs.
- Supports the development and delivery of trainings and related materials for internal audiences related to new clinical product launches and enhancements, including ongoing development/update of internal guidance materials.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related industry experience.
- Past experience in care management or population health.

- Strategic business acumen and proven organizational, management, and leadership skills.
- Collaborative mindset - Creative, strategic thinker able to move quickly and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced communication/presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office.

Education
Bachelor's degree and registered nurse (RN) clinical licensure required.
